Please join us this Saturday, February 7th for the third and last night in a series of performances responding and reacting to BEHAVIOR, the current exhibition by Nayland Blake.

During the course of his 25-year survey BEHAVIOR, Nayland Blake has curated three nights of performances. The first evening took place on December 17 and featured Rob Fitterman, Robert Gluck, Sarah Schulman, Carmelita Tropicana and Dominic Vine. The second, on January 9, featured a re-staging of Nayland Blake's "Gorge" followed by performances by Eileen Myles, Lauren Silberman, Brina Thurston, and Chris Cochrane.

On each of these nights, several artists, musicians and authors selected by Blake react to his work in a performance setting. The final Misbehavior, this Saturday, February 7, promises to be a grand finale, full of surprises. The event is free and open to the public, however we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure seating. The exhibition is accompanied by a fully illustrated, 100-page catalogue—to appear in early March 2009—with an Introduction by the show's curator, Maura Reilly, and catalogue entries by Nayland Blake and Reilly.
